Shoe Game: Red Wing Boots

Those of you who know me, know that I absolutely loathe Polo Boots. Why, you ask? Because a lot of men in Memphis wear them with everything, anywhere, and anytime! I actually saw a guy in the club with a tux on with Polo boots. Unacceptable!

Thankfully, there is a savior! I stopped over on my friends blog, I Like Vans, and discovered these increasingly popular Red Wing boots. They are an alternative boot for guys this winter and are a favorite of hip hop star Drake. According to the Red Wing site, they are almost $300.  However, if you want to break out of the norm and not look like every other guy in Memphis, then you should splurge and get them. I like the ones in black myself. They look simple and classic.

Sidenote: This is not a PSA to not pay your bills or child support fellas. Just giving you another boot option. Being trifling in the name of fashion is not the biz. That is all.
